‍When placing an order through our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

‍We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

• If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.
• International Orders: Customers outside Sweden may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

‍In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, provided the item is in its original condition.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of an approved return.

• Exceptions: Digital products (such as downloadable music) cannot be returned once downloaded.

7. Complaints & Warranty

‍If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days at careofnightband@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
